Primary data from farm to product.

ABLE is a single digital ecosystem for tiers 2, 3, and 4 suppliers to contribute data for life cycle analysis from individual farmers to finished product.

Bridging the data gap

Collecting data from tiers 3 and 4 is challenging due to remote locations, varying levels of tech literacy, and limited infrastructure, leaving brands without real-time insights. ABLE is redesigning data collection from the bottom up, bridging the data gap and delivering reliable, actionable information.

A new approach to transparency

An image with a y-axis line starting from 0%, going up to 2%. On 0.3% mark, there is a marker that says 'Average in your supply chain'. There is a highlight between 1% and 1.5%, with the title 'Ideal science based target'.

Farmer inclusion

Current systems risk excluding farmers.
ABLE is built to start at the farm, forward.

Goals that get everyone to the table

As ABLE learns about your wants and needs, we help facilitate impact targets that generate value: better yield for farmers. De-risked supply for manufacturers. Powerful storytelling for brands.

Small actions that count

Many farmers take actions that are never quantified.
ABLE tracks the small things that fall through the cracks.

There is a WhatsApp conversation with ABLE Ecosystems. The first message sent by ABLE Ecosystems is read as 'Good morning Luis! You shared a goal to save on costs for your cotton crop. We identified a potential 30% savings on irrigation through increasing the organic carbon in your soil'. The reply by Luis is read 'Ok, how do I start?'.

ABLE Ecosystems replies 'Can you commit to 2 of these 3 activities? Plant corn in between cotton cycles. Reduce tillage. Leave left over crop residue on the ground after harvest'.

Traceability as easy as sending a text

ABLE breaks down complex traceability requirements so that sustainability reporting is frictionless for farmers.

Shared results

ABLE turns individual activities into shared results.

Daily actions that add up to impact

As farmers share info about their daily activities, we aggregate them into shared metrics, insights and stories.

Case study: Chincha, Peru

Certifications in agriculture, like organic and Fair Trade, set valuable standards but often fall short of driving real change, especially in the cotton industry. Become, a manufacturer in Peru, is addressing this by engaging farmers and brands in shared responsibility.
